Warehouse Racking Systems

Arborator Bt. is a specialist in modern warehouse storage solutions. Our goal is to design and deliver racking systems that best match the specific logistics requirements of each client—whether traditional pallet racking, specialized cantilever systems, or fully automated shuttle-based storage solutions.

All of our racking systems are designed with a strong focus on functionality, safety, and optimal space utilization, in compliance with the MSZ EN 15512 and MSZ EN 15635 standards.

Selective Pallet Racking System

  • The most common and universal warehouse storage solution.
  • It is simple, flexible, and cost-efficient, with each pallet directly accessible at all times.
  • By using mesh decking, larger products without pallets can also be stored safely.
  • The system can be easily expanded or reconfigured according to warehouse needs and can be operated using forklifts, pallet trucks, or even AGV systems.
  • It supports FIFO (First In – First Out) inventory management and can be built in a wide variety of bay widths and heights.
  • Suitable for wide-aisle, narrow-aisle, or mobile storage configurations.

    Cantilever Racking System

    • A storage solution specifically designed for long or irregularly shaped goods, such as pipes, profiles, beams, and sheet materials.
    • The horizontal arms support the load, providing unrestricted access to stored goods. The system can be configured in single-sided or double-sided designs.
    • Material handling can be performed using forklifts or cranes.
    • This is a space-efficient, stable, and high-capacity storage solution known for its durability.
    • It is particularly suitable for timber, metal, and construction material warehouses.

    Shelving System for Manual Picking

    • A modular shelving system designed for manual handling, which does not require mechanical equipment.
    • It is ideal for storing small goods, boxes, spare parts, and packaged products.
    • Widely used in warehouses, workshops, and picking areas.
    • Shelf heights are adjustable, and load capacities vary, allowing the system to be customized for different storage requirements.
    • The structure is typically made from galvanized or powder-coated steel, ensuring long-term durability.

    Drive-In Racking System

    • An ideal solution for storing large quantities of homogeneous goods.
    • Forklifts enter the racking lanes directly, eliminating the need for multiple aisles.
    • This configuration allows maximum space utilization, especially in facilities with limited floor space.
    • The system typically operates according to the LIFO principle (Last In – First Out) and is widely used in cold storage, frozen storage, and seasonal warehouses.
    • It is a robust and economical solution where space efficiency is more important than rapid accessibility.

    Narrow Aisle Racking System (VNA)

    vna very narrow aisle 1600x1600px
    • The primary objective of this system is maximum space utilization. Aisle widths are minimized, allowing more pallet positions within the same warehouse footprint.
    • It is particularly recommended for warehouses with limited floor area and high ceilings.
    • The system is operated using specialized VNA forklifts, which move precisely and safely within the narrow aisles.
    • It is ideal for storing homogeneous products in high volumes, particularly in the food, beverage, and industrial sectors.

    Multi-Tier Shelving System (Mezzanine System)

    • An advanced multi-level version of manual shelving systems.
    • It allows warehouses to fully utilize vertical storage space, often in two- or three-level configurations.
    • Each level is equipped with safe walkways and stair access, enabling easy manual picking.
    • This solution is ideal for spare parts warehouses, component storage, and e-commerce picking operations.
    • The system features a modular and flexible design built from durable steel structures.

    Mobile Pallet Racking System

    mobileshelvingsystem
    • Racking rows are mounted on mobile bases that move along rail systems, significantly reducing the number of required aisles—often allowing the entire warehouse to operate with a single access aisle.
    • This system is ideal for large warehouses where space optimization is more critical than picking speed.
    • It can be combined with forklifts or automated handling systems such as AGVs.
    • A flexible and cost-efficient solution that can easily be expanded or reconfigured and can operate using either FIFO or LIFO principles.

    Mobile Shelving System

    • Shelving rows mounted on mobile bases moving along rail tracks reduce the number of aisles dramatically, sometimes requiring only one aisle for the entire storage area.
    • This system is particularly suitable for large facilities where maximizing storage density is essential.
    • It can be integrated with automated handling systems such as AGVs.
    • The system is flexible, cost-efficient, and easily expandable, and it can support both FIFO and LIFO inventory strategies.

    4D Shuttle System

    • The 4D shuttle system represents one of the most advanced fully automated warehouse storage technologies available today.
    • It offers maximum flexibility, speed, and precision in warehouse operations.
    • The system can be integrated with WMS, WCS, or PLC systems, enabling fully automated warehouse operation with minimal or no human intervention.
    • This solution is ideal for high-throughput logistics centers, FMCG operations, and industrial warehouses.
    • The system is modular, scalable, and energy-efficient, helping to reduce long-term operational costs.

    Summary

In every project, Arborator Bt. designs storage systems tailored to the specific requirements of each warehouse.

Whether implementing a traditional pallet racking solution or a fully automated shuttle system, our objective remains the same:

to create efficient, safe, and future-proof warehouse infrastructure.
